Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt of shipment of the item(s) ONLY if the items are damaged. If your item is faulty or damaged, we require that you notify within 48 hours of receipt. Because some items and releases sell out very quickly, exchanges are allowed on a case by case basis. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SIZES BEFORE ORDERING. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. There are ABSOLUTELY NO returns or exchanges on any titanium, quartz or glass products. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returned items. Any returns will be exchanged for items of equal value or will be refunded with store credit. All sale/discount items, as well as socks, will not be returnable unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please contact us if you have any other questions.

Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $150. All orders are shipped from Denver, CO unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing and an additional 2 - 5 business days for delivery. All shipping of glass over $450 comes with full insurance. All domestic and international orders are shipped USPS. International shipping fees are calculated as flat-rate per country and and may include additional fees calculated on a per item basis and determined by order weight. International orders usually take 10 - 20 days, depending on your location. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All domestic and international shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.


Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, all customers receive a tracking number from USPS, sent to the email used to place your order.


When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5 - 10 business days for delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.  If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.


What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. We do not use any other shipping carrier.


Is shipping insured? 
All orders over $300 received insured shipping. 

How do I know which size is the right size for me?
In most item descriptions there is a “sizing” chart in the product pictures that gives you the item measurements. 


Can I contact you directly with any questions?
Please email or simply fill out the form on our Contact page with any questions regarding your order. We will try our best to reply to your question(s) within 24-48 hours.


Do you accept check payments? Can I use any other payment option besides the options given?
We do not accept payments by check or echeck. You may check out using a Visa, Discover or Mastercard card, or with PayPal, on the checkout page.


I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
We DO accept international orders! Please contact us with any additional questions.


Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?
Only the items in stock on the web store are available at this time. Some items will be restocked as they run out per season and some items are limited edition productions.
